• Product vision and roadmap across web and mobile, for five user personas from field technician to executive, in small firms as well as at OTIS and Schindler. I arbitrate between sales, support and the leadership team.
• Discovery: user interviews, input from the CSM, usage analysis in Mixpanel and Hotjar. I turn that into opportunities and specify them.
• Delivery: backlog in Jira, user stories and acceptance criteria, sprints, QA. Held alone until we hired the product owner I now manage, alongside 3 engineers and external contractors.
• Field app and AI engine, both in production: a technician's time on site is tight, so he photographs and the app tells him what is missing for that equipment type. The engine classifies the images, extracts the technical data and produces a record with 1,000+ usable fields. Survey time divided by 6, from an hour to ten minutes, and for customers +7% productivity and churn down 30%.
• Troubleshooting assistant for technicians: manufacturer documentation and maintenance history structured as a RAG corpus and made queryable. Troubleshooting time divided by 3.
• Rebuilt the supplier request flow, after about ten interviews: 5× more quotes received, response time divided by 3.
• Rebuilt the field technician mobile app, shipped on the App Store and Google Play: user flows, wireframes and design system.
• Launched and run Arquos Studio, our custom development offer: 3 projects already delivered for an enterprise account.
